Returns for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send us:

- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will assist you with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation and in line with South African consumer protection laws.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, where applicable to online purchases.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must include all accessories, parts, and packaging where possible
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We may not accept returns where:
- The product has been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with by the customer
- The product is missing important parts, accessories, or packaging
- The return request is made outside the applicable return period
- The item was specifically disclosed as defective before purchase and accepted in that condition
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, unsafe, or not as described.
Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method where possible. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For valid online cancellations, refunds will be processed in line with the time periods required by South African law.
Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will assist with the return process in line with your consumer rights.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
